In 2006, I was 26 years old, and I had been home about a year and some change because of a serious work-related chest injury in October of 2004. I was in motion and my hands prospered prior to me getting injured. When I lifted a 5lb four pack of Breyers ice cream, I felt a break in my chest wall, and I almost dropped the Breyers ice cream four pack. I knew my injury was serious and I knew I would never recover from the injury.
